A: Visa, Mastercard or corporate checks in the denomination of USA Dollars drawn to a USA banking institution. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number printed on the bottom of the check. Credit Card Payments are subject to processing fees.

Q: How Will My Order Be Shipped?
A: As a rule, we use UPS Ground services. However, we can have your goods delivered by any method of common carrier when you provide your company account information at the time the order is placed.

A: Standard bulk packaging unless otherwise discussed. We will make every effort to meet your requirements as discussed at the time your order is placed.

Q: Can I Return Damaged Merchandise?
A: Yes, but please contact us within 72 hours of your delivery and obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department or your sales representative.

Q: What If My Order Is Incorrect?
A: If we make a mistake on your order, please let us know immediately (we have a 15 day return policy) so we can issue you a return authorization number and credit your account. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept the return of custom manufactured and imprinted goods unless we have made the mistake and until we have issued a return authorization number to you.
